Carrie MacDonald, Carrie manages Thinkwell’s research projects. She is responsible for making sure “the trains run on time.” Before accepting this position, Carrie was employed for several years with KLJ Field Services. Carrie first joined KLJ Field Services shortly following the completion of her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Marketing Concentration) from Mount St Vincent University in 2001. Carrie worked as a Telephone Research Interviewer before leaving KLJ to live in Ireland and travel Europe. When Carrie returned to Nova Scotia she accepted the position of marketing administrator at a local medium size business however, the research world was calling her and she eventually worked her way back to KLJ in the fall of 2003. Carrie rejoined KLJ as a Team Leader before eventually taking on the role of Reporting and Data Analyst where she stayed for more than a year and a half. Carrie later became a Coordinator, Account and Projects in May 2005 bringing with her an intimate working knowledge of virtually all aspects of the field operation environment.
