Location: Saint John, Moncton, or Fredericton, New Brunswick (Hybrid)

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Organizational Strategist to join our team. You’ll work closely with senior consultants on projects that span strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational development and market research. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategies that drive real change in communities and organizations across Atlantic Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic planning initiatives for public and private sector clients.
Design and facilitate consultations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement processes.
Support market research, literature reviews, and environmental scans.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate clear insights and strategic recommendations.
Draft compelling strategic plans, discussion papers, reports, and briefing decks.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in strategy, organizational development, public policy, research, or a related field.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with client-facing consulting, facilitation, or stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable working independently and in small collaborative teams.
Bilingualism is a strong asset.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Public Policy, Business Administration, Applied Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, or Economics. A Master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred.
