Thinkwell Research+Strategy began in 2003, when Founder Len Preeper decided to shake things up by bringing a more intentional, thoughtful touch to the research world.

Starting out as a solo venture in Halifax,Thinkwell has grown into a diverse powerhouse team,with the addition of senior professionals like Lianne Sarson and Kate Calnan, blending market acumen with organizational psychology expertise, amplifying our impact and expanding our suite of strategic solutions across sectors.  Thinkwell expanded to Newfoundland and Labrador in 2021 with Carolyn O’Keefe joining the team as a partner. In 2025, Allan Gates joined to lead a New Brunswick expansion.
