We’re pleased to announce that we have entered into a strategic partnership with Jason Doiron, a Moncton-based organizational development and strategic planning specialist. This follows hot on the heels of the addition of Alex McGregor, PhD to the Thinkwell team, also based in Moncton.

Jason brings over a decade of experience working with non-profit organizations, community groups, and cultural associations. His expertise in bilingual facilitation addresses a gap many struggle with: how to genuinely engage stakeholders in both official languages while building the consensus that leads to meaningful outcomes.
As Jason often notes, bilingual service isn't about running the same process twice in different languages. It’s about designing consultation approaches that work from the ground up in both official languages.
